Formerly known as The Pinnacle Co. The organization was founded in January 2014 to conduct business activities in the toy and hobby industry.

The organization was re-established as Pinnacle Dragons in August 2020 and registered in October 2022.

The organization has been involved in many relevant projects in multiple industries, which include asset management, consultancy, food & beverage, vending and wellness.
